Attention former Nacogdoches County jail inmates:

The Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office is in possession of unclaimed funds belonging to former county jail inmates. These funds must be claimed within 60 days of this publication (April 24, 2024), or the funds will be dispersed under Texas Property Code Chapter 76.

Checks for the amount of money belonging to each individual can be picked up between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

A list of the individuals who have unclaimed funds is available below.
